Are CosMyd products tested on animals?
Our brand is committed to respecting European regulations, which prohibit animal testing for cosmetic products. We do not conduct animal testing and prioritize validated alternative methods.
How to properly store my cosmetics so that they remain effective?
We recommend that you store your masks between 10 °C and 25 °C, away from heat and light.

For a cooling effect, you can place them in the refrigerator between 5 °C and 10 °C, never going below 4 °C, in order to preserve their effectiveness.
How long does it take to see results?
From the first application, you will feel a deep hydration and skin that is visibly more soothed.

After 2 to 4 weeks of regular use, the complexion appears more radiant and even.

The firming and smoothing effects are generally noticeable after 3 to 4 weeks.

Results may vary depending on your skin type and routine.

Can I use multiple products at the same time?
Yes, but it is important to properly combine the assets. Avoid certain combinations like retinol + vitamin C or AHA/BHA + retinol to prevent irritation.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can quickly contact us to change the address. Once the package has been shipped, we unfortunately will no longer be able to intervene.
How to track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You will then just need to go to the Help > Track your order page and enter this number to track the delivery of your package.
What to do if my package is late?
Our delivery times are generally 5 to 8 working days.

If this deadline is exceeded, start by checking the status of your package using your tracking number.

In case of an anomaly, you can contact the carrier directly.

If you still haven't received anything after a few additional days, our customer service is at your disposal to assist you.

What to do if I have not received my order?
Check the status of your package with the tracking number. 1. Make sure the provided address is correct. 2. Contact our customer service if the package seems lost or delivered to the wrong address.
